A traffic cop named Ali very unexpectedly wins the lottery. Only one problem: the winning ticket has disappeared. As Ali looks high and low for help, his quest turns hilariously allegorical, acting as pure satire of the African Dream of socioeconomic success. If money makes the world turn, one can never be sure whether striking it rich is a miracle, an answer to a prayer, or merely an accident.
