Two Moms is an intimate profile of two exceptional women, lesbian couple Suzanne du Toit and Anna-Marie de Vos, and their two adopted children. It charts their daily life, as well as their historic struggle to legally adopt their children. In 2001, the women challenged South African child adoption laws and demanded the right to adopt as partners. They won the case, changed the law, made international headlines, and forever impacted on the rights of gay and lesbian adoptive parents in South Africa.
