Amir, a young orphan raised in an African extremist group, runs away on the eve of a suicide mission, taking his bomb vest with him. He has a mission of his own. On his way, he runs into Nkem, a young prostitute escaping a lynch mob for a crime committed while trying to get money to save her dying brother. Before the night is over, they traverse the underbelly of the Nigerian metropolis as they search for their identities, their stolen pasts, money, and any semblance of peace they can find.

About the Director

Adekunle Adejuyigbe

Adekunle Adejuyigbe, popularly known as “Nodash” is a multi-talented Nigerian filmmaker; a director, cinematographer, writer and editor with his own media production company called ‘Something Unusual Studios.’ In 2015, he was shortlisted as one of the 21 emerging cinematographers from all over the world by the Berlin Film Festival and was invited to participate in the Camera Studio: A series of master classes for cinematographers organized by the Berlinale Talents program. The Delivery Boy is his first self-produced feature length movie. He has won a number of awards for his craft including: Best Nigerian Film Award at the Africa International Film Festival (AFRIFF) 2018; Best Editing at the Nigerian Movie Academy Awards; Best Cinematography for a Nigerian Music Video and Best Directing from Inshort International Film Festival.
