Likarion Wainaina

Kenyan filmmaker Likarion Wainaina was born in Moscow, Russia but now lives in Nairobi where he works as a director and cinematographer. He has worked on a number of documentaries and commercials as a camera operator and has directed several TV shows and short films. One of his first films, Between the Lines, was the first Kenyan film to be projected on an IMAX screen in Kenya. His most recent feature film Supa Modo had its world premiere at Berlinale Generation Kplus 2018. Learn More
