Rachid Kasmi, a Moroccan filmmaker, was born in 1970 in Sidi Slimane, Morocco. Winner of the Higher Institute of Dramatic Art and Cultural Activities in Rabat in 1997, he graduated in Higher Cultural Management and Development from Hassa II Mohammedia University in 2002.
