Navan Chetty
Navan Chetty, a Fine Art and Photography graduate, has worked as a set and costume designer at the Asoka Theatre (UNDW), and as artist in residence at The Printmaking Workshop in New York. Back in South Africa, he was an on-air presenter for SABC, and shot and directed a range of programs in the lifestyle, travel, and youth genres. In the past five years he has travelled the African continent, shooting and directing the lifestyle and travel program Studio 53 on DSTV. Learn More
Eric Miyeni
Eric Miyeni was born in Soweto, South Africa. He holds a BA Law degree. He is an actor, writer and filmmaker. He is best known for his TV role as Darryl Malgas in the TV series Molo Fish and as Absalom Khumalo in the movie Cry, the Beloved Country. Miyeni’s work as an author comprises several non-fiction titles, including the best-selling The Only Black at a Dinner Party. He is also the author of the novel The Release. In 2010, he produced, co-wrote and co-directed the documentary Mining for Change: A Story of South African Mining. His first feature film, Frozen Time, was released in 2011. He is the founder and directo of the South African Film Festival - RapidLion. Learn More
