Abdou Lahat Fall studied filmmaking at the Institut Supérieur de L’image et du Son in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. He has been assistant director on the films of Moussa Sene Absa, Ben Diogaye Beye, Alain Gomis and Dyana Gaye. In 2015, he made his first documentary, Reconciliation.
