Udoka Oyeka

Udoka caught the theatre bug in his sophomore year in university while taking a theater elective class. After graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington, he immediately enrolled at the Theresa Bell Acting Studio where he studied acting for the screen with focusing on character and scene breakdown. While producing and performing in films with friends in Canada, writing and directing followed naturally. A Berlinale Talent Alumni, Udoka’s films have gathered nominations in numerous award platforms and have screened both internationally and at local film festivals including Int’l Film Festival Rotterdam, European Independent Film Festival, Durban Int’l Film Festival, New York African Film Festival and much more.
