South Africa-based musical artist and traditional healer Majola Ganymede will debut his latest EP Intsimi ka Arthur in a short film by the same name. You can watch the premiere below.

Inspired by a journey to the Mississippi Delta, Majola's music explores his relationship to his own ancestral lands. Presentation is in English and Xhosa with English subtitles. Screening will be followed by a conversation between Majola, Olivier Award-winning actress Noma Dumezweni and Murray Nossel, founder of the World Mother Storytelling Project.

In Majola's words: "Instimi ka Arthur is the staging ground of my healing. This EP has been medicine to release me from the clutches of institutionalized inferiority, while allowing me to courageously confront my own toxicities. This project has elevated me to a higher level of artistic expression. This EP was created In a period of about 10 months. Halfway through that journey the visual piece materialized —a beautiful surprise that I am forever changed by.
