For Black History Month, AFF held an in-school program with students at Global Kids. The films Afronauts by Frances Bodomo, Kwaku Ananse by Akosua Adoma Owusu and The Summer of Gods by Eliciana Nascimento were screened. Students were given worksheets with facts and trivia questions related to the films. Frances Bodomo and Akosua Adoma Owusu were in attendance for a talkback with the students, which was moderated by filmmaker Ekwa Msangi. View the recap video below.
