Stephina Zwane, company director, writer and filmmaker, has a BA Journalism from the University of Johannesburg and has 18 years’ experience in the TV industry. She has also worked as a TV producer and director on various shows for the major broadcasters in South Africa. She is the co-owner of Sorele Media and directed her debut feature film Love and Kwaito in 2016. Most recently, she wrote and directed, the comedic-drama Baby Mamas, which was selected for the Toronto Black Film Festival, the New York African Film Festival, the Durban International Film Festival as well as the Lights, Camera, Africa Film Festival in 2018.
