Rwanda

Samuel Ishimwe was born and raised in Rwanda. After high school, he worked as a journalist and photographer, attending various cinema workshops. Since 2011, he has produced short films that have been presented in various international film festivals such as the Durban International Film Festival in South Africa and the Africa in Motion Film Festival in Scotland. In June 2017, Ishimwe graduated in Cinema at the HEAD-Geneva.
