The second most important jungle in America hides an archaeological secret and mysterious of world importance for humanity and the mythology of an ancient indigenous population, known today as Ciudad Blanca. This natural and cultural wealth is at risk of disappearing soon if we do not act on time. Wildres Wood, a biologist and activist of "Misquito" origin, takes us on a journey to the heart of this region in search of knowing and protecting Honduras' most important treasure for the world. A story that proposes a look from within the territory, with female leaders and that suggests a world unknown to the majority.

Honduran filmmaker. “Negra soy”, her latest short film received the Audience Award in the “Affirming the Rights of Women” section at the Malaga Spanish Film Festival in 2018 and was an official selection at the Sheffield International Documentary Film Festival In England. She has received scholarships from the Locarno Open Doors program, Berlinale Talents, Talents Guadalajara, American Film Showcase, Locarno Industry Academy, Guadalajara doculab, among others.
