Sarup Ajay Ram is a filmmaker from the Bronx, New York. His work delves deep into the fleshy and colorful truths of American blackness to give his friends the power of representation. Ram also founded Low Culture, a community outreach organization in Harlem dedicated to creating safe spaces for young black and brown artists throughout the five boroughs.
