The KIDflix Film Festival is the longest running film festival dedicated for kids in Brooklyn. Hosted by MoCADA for the last 18 years, this annual, interactive program offers kids access to an outdoor, free film screening every Friday in the month of August. The festival’s biggest highlight is its closing event, which always includes a special screening of The Wiz, featuring Diana Ross and Michael Jackson, and a costume party, complete with popcorn, performers, face painters and more.
