Marc Recchia, born in the 80's, is a film editor and has edited over 30 films to date. He is an alumni of the IDFA Academy (2009) and of Berlinale Talents 2012. After receiving his Bachelors in film editing in Brussels in 2008, Marc felt a very strong need to widen his horizons and started to travel the world. Being particularly interested in documentaries and later in fiction, he worked on various productions in several countries, including Poland, Ireland, Tunisia, India, Germany, France, Kirghizistan, Democratic Republic of Congo and Senegal. He co-directed and produced his first short film in Senegal, with Belgian director Christophe Rolin and Senegalese director Pape Bouname Lopy.
